Heat - 1

Heat poem 1 -

does it look good to you
when the ground has no color
except  the color of burnt grass
and grasshopper 's abdomen
tangled under the stiff flower of  okra

I see its not dead, its silent, half asleep
somehow a sage under the banyan tree
waiting  and counting the straws of the  heat
many of them still to trace
few more colors still to lose.

does it look good to you
that we praised heat to the extent
and heat is eating heat and the lines
 of the darkenss feel offended.
As  infidels encroaching the wall of seperation.
which protects the darkness
and keeps the heat away.

does it look good to you
the dark would never come
dreams we left last night unseen,
would be left undiscovered.
as of those irascible pearls
spalletred all over the grey wide blanket.

---- End is still to come---- i m just stuck to give it a proper ending
